How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Crewmrs Concrete wants everyone who gets in touch to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lists the steps for raising a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Crewmrs Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we connected you with

If the Issue Is a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service.

First, raise the problem with the contractor directly. Keep a written record. Next, tell us as well. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and contractors who keep falling short may be removed.

Keep in mind that Crewmrs Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a contractor, or act for a contractor.

Steps to File

Email contact@crewmrs.world and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the contractor 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The contractor's name, if you know it 5. A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the contractor. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Resolved?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed contractors.
