We want providers who serve homeowners in the Nelsonville area and understand cold-climate concrete. That means proper base, drainage, and joints for freeze-thaw cycles.

• Return homeowner inquiries politely.
• Give clear, written quotes.
• Explain materials, steps, and timing in plain words.
• Make no promises about price or results that you cannot keep.
• Handle your own contracts, work, and warranties.
